The Alliance will provide leadership, innovation and economic transformation across a wide spectrum of private and public sector organisations, to encourage a broad offering of new products and services for all European citizens that will promote a healthy and improved lifestyle to benefit everyone.

1. To empower European individuals through innovation, which will allow them to take control of their lifestyle and healthcare needs
2. To work with organisations across Europe to support regulatory enablement
3. To collect and share information to assist in demonstrating the effectiveness and return on investment
4. To assist this industry in providing cost effective and efficient solutions to improve and extend the quality of existing services
5. To work with organisations and governments in the incentivising of funding in new innovation programmes
6. To facilitate connections and collaboration between individuals and organisations
7. To promote MHealth innovation, products and services to the widest possible audience
